Open Level &Beginner Boxing Classes
Boxing skills: Warm-up and shadow work, proper body position and leg training, using a mat and a boxing bag, keeping shape and timing, as well as imitation sparring.Strength and cardio training of the whole body: Jumping rope, strengthening the muscles of the back and abdomen, performing strength and plyometric exercises (squats, push-ups, jumping on a boxing bag, working with barbells / kettlebells, flips through the wheel, classes with elastic bands and others).
Teamwork: Alternating exercises in combat boxing gloves to improve the accuracy of punches, combinations and footwork.
