Our classes fuse boxing-focused cardio and strength training with boxing techniques that can be taken at any level of skill and/or fitness.

Open Level &Beginner Boxing Classes
Boxing skills: Warm-up and shadow work, proper body position and leg training, using a mat and a boxing bag, keeping shape and timing, as well as imitation sparring.Strength and cardio training of the whole body: Jumping rope, strengthening the muscles of the back and abdomen, performing strength and plyometric exercises (squats, push-ups, jumping on a boxing bag, working with barbells / kettlebells, flips through the wheel, classes with elastic bands and others).

Teamwork: Alternating exercises in combat boxing gloves to improve the accuracy of punches, combinations and footwork.

Private Training
An individual approach allows you to achieve your goals faster and get more personal attention. You can focus solely on developing boxing skills, strength and circuit training, or choose the optimal balance between them. Boxing training is aimed at improving the technique of punches, improving footwork, mastering combinations, counter-attacks, defensive techniques and adapting classes to your needs. By practicing with experienced instructors, you will be able to achieve significant success in boxing

Open Gym
You will get access to the full range of our equipment: boxing equipment, cardio equipment and other sports equipment. Our gym is equipped with everything necessary for individual training of any type — be it intensive plyometric sessions or standard cardio exercises. Although the main focus of the gym is boxing, we offer a wide range of equipment that is suitable for all types of training, regardless of whether you are interested in boxing or not.

Sparring
Our coaches are true professionals with many years of experience and a sincere love for boxing. Whether you are preparing for a competition or just want to blow off steam, we have options for everyone. For those who are interested in sparring, group classes or individual training sessions with other participants with a similar level of training and motivation are available. If you are interested in training sparring under the supervision of a coach, let us know and we will include you in the schedule. All sparring sessions are held under the strict supervision of our coaches and require prior experience of participating in such classes. However, participation in sparring is not necessary — we respect your choice and strive to ensure the safety of each participant.

Requirements

Requirements for participation in sparring
1. Necessary equipmentSparring requires the presence of:
• Helmet;
• Mouth guards;
• Boxing gloves (14-16 oz.);
• Bandages;
• Bandages.
2. Additional protection for kickboxingIf you practice kickboxing, be sure to have leg guards.
3. Selecting an opponentWe select our competitors based on your level of training to ensure comfort and safety.
4. Coach controlDuring sparring, our coaches closely monitor the process in order to minimize risks and preserve the spirit of sportsmanship.
5. Professional approachWe create all conditions for high-quality and safe sparring based on your experience and goals.
Youth Boxing Class
The Rudy Boxing Gym class for teenagers is designed for children between the ages of 6 and 12. If your child is younger, please contact us and we will try to find out if this class is suitable for him. Our training sessions are conducted without contact and focus on the basics of boxing and general physical development. The program is designed in such a way as to interest children of different levels of training. We aim to develop their hand-eye coordination, footwork, sense of balance, as well as increase athletic and personal confidence. We are convinced that the skills acquired by children through boxing are useful in many other sports.
